This location is amazingly awesome. The staff here is really unexplainably great from beginning to end. Made me feel so welcomed, demonstrated willingness to make you feel comfortable through the entire process. So all I can honestly say is they all should be recognized from the Front office staff to the technicians, assistants to the doctors.. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!

You can't ask for a better experience here! All the staff and Dr Applebaum are amazing! Dr. Applebaum has a very good bedside manner. I always feel right at home with him, he treats you like his own family member! 100 star rating if I could!

From the moment I walk in asking if I was on the correct floor the welcome attitude was horrible. She didn’t even answer. She ask my name and instructed me tho sit down until they call my name. 20 minutes later they call me only to tell me they don’t have the referral from VA. I question how come they didn’t told me this in advance so I didn’t have to get up so early. With a total don’t give a dime attitude she just told me to reschedule. I would not go back to this place for nothing. I advise you do the same. It’s amazing how big head this people has gotten. I suggest you improve your staff attitude toward the people that are paying your bills.

Excellent service and such a caring and knowledgeable team of doctors and assistants. It was a long visit but well worth the time. Dr. Greg Henderson was outstanding and actually took the time to review and dive into my questions and concerns. He took the time to listen and look into why I was not able to see as well after cataract surgery had been done with another group. He is honest!!! If you have any troubles with your eyes…this is the group you should come to!!!! I wish I would have known about them before my first surgery as I would have been in better hands and most likely had a better outcome because they would have completed all the testing I needed to find the best solutions, procedures to help with not only cataracts but my issues with glaucoma and astigmatism in both eyes. It’s been exceptional care from beginning to end. Warm and caring experience, front staff, check-in/check out, Nicole(Surgery Scheduler), and all Medical assistants were friendly, professional and provided excellent care. They all worked well together. Dr. Samy has a magnificent team at the Brandon office and he did a fantastic job with great surgical results and care throughout the pre and post surgery. Magnificent patient care from all!!!
