Had prior eye dr visits at a VERY poor clinic FL Eye Speclsts. Their crazy unorganized insensitive unthorough office personnel made me seek out another clinic for better care. I found this place, Brandon Eye Clinic. They were POLAR OPPOSITE of the first place!! Caring nurses, LOTS of them running around doing their jobs, very minimal wait time (and I was a first time visitor!!), convenient paperwork online helped minimize my time in the clinic, testing was VERY thorough!! I was extremely impressed by how many tests they ran on my eyes. I felt like I was being cared for properly. God dialated, and didn't have to sit in the "dark room" for very long before a nurse ushered me to the exam room. Minimal wait time (standard, approx. 5-10 mins) for dr to enter room. He was quick, but not too quick. He answered every question and addressed all of my concerns. He acted like he was well-seasoned/educated/experienced. Best part, I was self-pay (no insurance) and only had to pay slightly under $40!! I was bouncing off the walls! I hit the jackpot with this place. He updated my prescription and I was on my way! Front desk check-in lady was VERY nice, and so was the lady who checked me out. I went into the attached Optical Shop, where Stephanie helped me find a pair of frames. I decided to wait to purchase, however, so I could sign up for eye ins. She was super sweet and helpful. This clinic & optical shop were CLEAN, and run like a well-oiled machine! It was impressive to watch! I highly recommend this clinic. Glad I found it!
