Dr. Walter is very slow but thorough. However, my appointment was back in May. I went for my eye exam ordered a new pair of glasses and they have a Service if you buy a pair of glasses you get scratch replacements for $25 and I ordered a pair of scratch replacements for the glasses I purchased from there last year. It is now September and I have yet to receive my lens replacements. Whoever orders the lenses he was a very, very rude. There had a very entitled attitude and just downright unprofessional. Do yourself a favor you can go to the corner store and get better treatment than you will if you go to Kingsway eye clinic.

I am a long term customer. The eye care has stayed up to date with technology as well as still uses older techniques to verify results. Dr Walter has also removed "ingrown" bottom lashes that were scraping my cornea twice in my life. With VSP choice, my progrossive UV transession glasses with ALL extra features, some not offered by the Internet, cost less than $250. I like trying on glasses in person.

Highly recommend Dr. Darrell R. Walter at King’s Way Eye Clinic & Optical. His level of care and attentiveness is unmatched. You can truly tell he loves what he does.
