I would like to recognize Carol the office manager for providing outstanding customer service. From the very first moment I spoke to her on the phone to the minute arrived she was very friendly with a great sense of humor, professional and genuinely helpful. Carol made my entire experience smooth and stress-free, answered my questions patiently, and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. In fact, EVERYBODY who walked in the door was treated equally with family-like love…YES, LOVE!! And I certainly must mention Dr James Petro… Not only was he SPOT ON with my eye exam, he was very professional as well as quite entertaining! It's very clear that Sun Hill Optical in Valrico care about both their patients and the success of the practice. Exceptional service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate the positive experience. Thank you for going above and beyond and making me feel like one of the family! Definitely worth the 40 minute drive!!

I have transitioned through many jobs, so my vision insurance has changed throughout the courses, but Sunhill will never change because their services have been incredibly fabulous and have never ever disappointed me. I have no intention of ever changing my vision provider. One thing I do know is that Sunhill owner treats his employees very well therefore, their services will always be excellent. When employees are happy in their jobs, they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and that is when the services provide exceed our expectations. Thank you for your great service ❤️

I had the pleasure in getting another new pair of glasses from here and it’s always a great experience. The doctor was very friendly and even funny at times. I felt very comfortable and he was very thorough in explaining everything going on with my eyes. The pricing is very reasonable if you don’t have insurance too! I always feel like I’m in good hands here and will always go here for my eyesight needs. Thank you Sun Hill optical and your amazing staff!

This is the second time I have purchased glasses from Sun Hill Optical Center. I really liked the new Doctor who checked my eyes and changed my prescription Next step to pick out new frames and choose options for my glasses. Carol helped me again with this step. She is very professional and such a help choosing new frames. She is honest with her opinion on what she thinks of each new frame you try on, also patient because I think I tried on every frame in Valrico. I really wanted to purchase two pairs of glasses, but I really thought I couldn’t afford a second pair. She offered me a coupon that gave me $200.00 dollars off on a 2nd set of frames, so I was sold on my second frame and options for my glasses. My husband and I were referred to sun hill optical Valrico by our good friend, Colleen Krug. We were greeted warmly and helped promptly. Everyone was friendly. The exams were thorough and gentle. The eye glass selection was great for us. Emily helped with our order, letting us try on as many pairs as we wanted, no rush. We picked up our glasses today and are so pleased with them!! Emily helped us again today, making sure we were completely satisfied before we left. A really Great Experience and we will be returning again. We have already recommended a friend to this place and he has also had a good experience. A wonderful competent place!!❤️❤️❤️
