Good experience. Everyone was friendly. Didn’t take long for my assigned appointment time. Very thorough and explained everything to me. Have been going there for a few years now. Recommend if you’re needing a quick and easy experience.

The entire experience from online scheduling to checking out was a breeze. The Ophthalmologist took her time and was very thorough. The check in staff informed me of possible charges that i may have to pay depending on what kind of exam my daughter and I had. The check out process was smooth. The staff was not pushy about buying the contacts or glasses that day which I greatly appreciate. Overall, I have tried several eye exams in the area and this was by far the best.

I had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The team provided excellent service throughout my visit. The only area that could use improvement is staffing, as I experienced a wait time of over an hour. I stayed positive and focused on the great care I received, but I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed. For my next annual appointment, I’ve scheduled on a Thursday instead of a Saturday to help avoid the wait. Overall, fantastic service and I truly appreciate the team’s efforts!

The doctors and staff were nice. However, their system was down and I was in there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. After asking for some sort of compensation or fee waiver, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend going in the morning but I could have given them a higher review if there wasn’t a huge amount wait or they would be willing to compensate
