I had such a great experience thanks to Emily! She really took her time helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about finding something that suited both my style and my budget. Emily also helped me find some great deals and pricing options, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she was just incredibly kind and pleasant to work with. Overall, amazing customer service I’d definitely recommend asking for Emily if you get the chance!

So happy to find this place last minute on a Saturday! Megan was very knowledgeable and so kind to wait for me in the last 5 min of her work week, and did a fabulous and very professional job! Their lab seems to be very flexible and able to make things work, unlike other chains where the usual answer is "not possible". The store is not very visible from the street, but was surprised to find out they have a very good selection of frames....definitely motivated to switch and use this location in the future!

Chloe was fantastic! Although it got here too late, she was extremely helpful and explained the process and time-frames. She made it all worthwhile for me to visit and I'll probably come back to get my contacts because of her Great job, Chloe - Thank you for your kindness.

Honestly 10/10 experience every time. Dre is such a wonderful person here that i will drive out of my way and wont go to any other Optical Outlet anymore. Never been so excited for glasses until i came here!! Thank you!!

My eye sight is not -720 it is now only -675 n I do not have large amounts of blood in my eyes anymore. So my eyes have gotten better. And lenses were only 194 which is 100-200 cheaper than Walmart. Staff was so friendly.jay yehiling made me so comfortable to where I wasn't scared of the puffer.. I highly recommend going to #opticallenses for your testing. They treated me with respect and was very comfortable. And they all were so friendly. I will most definitely be coming here for now On for my eye exams.
