Eye Associates of Pinellas

Not a great place to get glasses. Had my glasses 3 weeks and in my purse, the actual glass completely cracked all the way across. The frames were ok but the actual glass was like plastic. What a shame. I've bought better glasses at the dollar tree really. Never going back to any of their locations.

Disturbingly poor. What awful and shocking experience. I’ll start with the positive. The examination staff were super friendly, explained everything they were doing, smiled and were very kind. Conversely the optical desk was an absolute nightmare. I had the privilege of dealing with the area manager on my 5th time at the desk seeking resolution. She was impudent! What an awful awful representation of your brand. Instead of trying to help me or empathize with my situation she adamantly outlined what couldn’t be done. Just the most unfriendly, curt person I’ve ever had to deal with. This is a leader in your organization?? My family and I will never use EyeCare of Pinellas!

The office staff are some of the politest staff. The office is so clean and I did not have to wait very long. Not to sound germ-a-phobic but you could smell the clean air and all the work stations were dust free. Everything was explained to me. Receptionist and techs and Dr F were great.

These folks have been my go to team for 6 years. I have always received friendly, sincere care here. From the wonderful receptionist, to the tech that does the base exam to the Doctors it has been a great experience each time. This long term reveiw should say a lot to folks looking for and eye service for the long haul.

Great service! I arrived forty minutes early by mistake, and they took me right away. The staff was friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this establishment!
