All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk receptionist had a smile on her face and was very cheerful. All of the assistance paid very close attention to my issues and explanations, and we’re very thorough in all examinations and also friendly and kind. Dr Manning took his time and spent quite a bit of time with me trying to understand my symptoms and coming up with a good plan. I did not feel rushed at all. The scheduler was very friendly and helpful Exactly what he was doing. Throughout the whole process, everyone was very good at their job. I went to the St. Petersburg office And that’s my favorite office so far.

It was my my first appointment at Gulfcoast Eye Care today and I couldn’t be more impressed! The doctor and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, easygoing, and welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. It was an absolutely great experience at a fantastic practice!

Everyone was pleasant and professional. However, very disappointed in amount of waiting. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 am. I arrived at 8:30 ready to fill out any paperwork and do so promptly. Finished by 8:45. However had to wait until 9:05 before someone came to get me started. Once we started she was efficient and professional. But, I was then left waiting an additional 20plus minutes for the doctor. So, grand total of 40-45 minutes of unexpected waiting time.

The staff were all very pleasant. From the time I walked in until I left, everyone was friendly. During my visit I spoke with Eric and Dr. Lin. They both made my visit easy. I was a little nervous, but I got all of my questions answered. Thanks Gulf Coast Eye Care for the awesome treatment you provide.

The appointment started on time. An assistant escorted me to a room where she took me through the first vision check and onto another room for more vision check. After a short wait Dr came in to check the condition of the core and shared all of the test results with me. Fortunately all was great for me. Those two were not only friendly but the way they handled my appointment gave me confidence I had come to the right place. I highly recommend vision care through this place.
