Optical Shop

I first spotted the optical shop in the medical building next to St Anthony’s a year ago. I went in to window shop and found that they have an array of very good looking glasses. I got my new prescription in January and looked all over town for a new pair of glasses. I had an appointment next door - so I went in and picked out my new pair of glasses in less than 10 mins. I just received them today(took a week). Their service is great and they helped me made a good choice (so many choices). I am so glad to have found a great “Optical Shop”.

Brought my mother to the eye doctor...I was going to purchase some glasses while she was at her appointment. I had the receptionist print my rx from my exam I had in January to streamline a purchase. A dark haired man sat at a desk as I came into the "store". Never said, hello, goodbye, go to he!!, lol...nothing. What has happened to customer service!? Are staff forgetting that we (the customers) are the reason they are there!!?? He looked at me when I came in and as I was leaving....literally, spoke nothing. I even remarked to him about not greeting me / acknowledging me. Still nothing!!! Comical. Truly. No problem. Eyeglass businesses are a dime a dozen. I'll spend my money somewhere else!

I’m beyond impressed with the quality and care put into every detail at this shop. By far the best experience I’ve ever had and I’ve worn glasses pretty much my whole life. The eye doctor listened to any concerns I had with my vision/prescription and everyone was very helpful and friendly. From eye exam, to picking out frames and ordering glasses/contacts, the process was quick and easy. They have a great selection and take most insurance. I highly recommend The Optical Shop

Since moving to Florida, I've gotten my glasses at The Optical Shop. The staff is wonderful! Unfailingly enthusiastic and helpful, while also being refreshingly human and funny. Everyone is highly trained and skilled, as well, and there is a wide range of frames to choose from. In fact, I love my new glasses and have gotten many compliments! I recommend The Optical Shop--and its marvelous staff. :)

The staff at the Optical Shop are the absolute best! Even after I moved out of state and was unable to go into the office, I called the Optical Shop and they went above and beyond in helping me replace a favorite pair of glasses that I lost. Susan and Amanda were so helpful and willing to go out of their way- I couldn’t believe how quickly I got my new glasses. Highly recommend!
