Made an appointment for my husband and was happily surprised they could get him at 7am, first appointment of the day. Nothing crazy, just a yearly eye exam. He waited until 830am when the nurse asked him what meds he took and jotted them down on a sticky note. He asked how much longer since he had work right after the appointment, she said at least an hour if not more. She then dilated his eyes and had him wait in the office. He ended up leaving without ever seeing the physician. So even if Dr. Powers is the best Ophthalmologist in the world, if you take over 2hrs to see a patient for a basic eye exam that is literally scheduled first thing in the morning, I guess it doesn't matter then does it? Some other poor soul was waiting and asked the front desk "does it usually take this long" and she said "yeah, it can take a while". Still waiting on our deductible to be refunded because they sure made sure to get that straight away before he waited 2hrs. >:(

This is the second appointment I've come to, and after an hour they tell me the referral isn't there, even though they told me the same thing at the previous appointment. Their work is inefficient, and my 96-year-old father also had an appointment and got the same story. It's not fair, what a disappointment!
