Horrible billing. We will be switching to another provider. Charging us 400 for an office visit and 1000 for skin prick test (not a blood test). And no way to get in touch with useless billing department. They take 24 hours to call you back and then can't even answer questions and yell at you for being late to pay the bill even though their phone service wasn't working to leave a message before. Paying 600 dollars with insurance for a skin prick test which everything I am seeing online it should be max 300 without insurance for the tests we have done. Switching to another allergy doctor now.

My daughter visited the ear, nose and throat doctor in March for an initial visit to determine if her adnoids should be removed. There was a 90 minute wait to see the doctor. As we were about to walk out the nurse stopped us to advise he will see us immediately. The doctor looked into her nose and mouth with his instrument and advised to get x-rays at another location because there office doesnt handle. We left with a list of xray locations and a script for allergies. Reveiced a bill after my insurance deductible for $187.93. There was no evaluation/assessment. Would not recommend this company. Choose another provider, the cost isnt worth it.

Not suprised to see complaints about the billing practices. Can't get ahold of the office. can't leave a message. When you do get ahold of someone and leave a message they don't call back and then accuse you of never calling in the first place. Finally get ahold of someone and find out they made a mistake on the insurance information said they would submit under the right info then sent us to collections? Our doctor has been amazing but due to how completely terrible and rude the billing department is we will likely be switching practices. Hopefully someone in charge will take notice as I'm sure we will not be the last patient they lose if this keeps up.

So disappointed in this business. We loved the doctor we saw (Dr Mitchell) but the billing practices and customer service are terrible and deceptive. We were charged in full at the time of service but received another bill MONTHS later. We called and were treated dismissively and told that they hadn’t updated their prices with Cigna in a year so they charged us the wrong amount. None of the numbers lined up on the bills and they refused to answer our questions, saying we needed to get answers from our insurance company. They were incredibly rude and we will never go back.

I don't know what else this company does, bit they also perform billing services for other physician offices. They are terrible. They have made checking in and paying bills so incredibly error-prone that I am considering changing physicians. At the very least it will be a deal breaker for any new physician who's care I seek in the future.
