Marie and her staff are great. Marie was outstanding in helping me find the right glasses for the best price. In this economy it's a plus to have someone like Marie looking out for you. She has integrated experience and knowledge which makes what can be a stressful experience easy. Doctor Dean is kind and very knowledgeable he did a thorough exam offered some great advice and recommendations. My one complaint is that the office is woefully under staffed for the amount of patients that were booked. This complaint is not to be reflected on Marie and staff that were working that day. It falls directly on upper management.

Marie was an absolute lifesaver for our vacation! We realized way too late that we didn’t pack enough contacts for my son, and of course he ended up ruining the only pair he had. Marie was so kind, helpful, and quick to get us what we needed so our trip didn’t get completely thrown off. She made a stressful situation so much easier! We’re really grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Went to my appt yesterday and the Dr helped me more then anyone else. I've been in multi vision contacts for yrs and he changed me to just for distance only and what a game changer 🤩 I'm 70 and been wearing contacts since my early 20's. The Dr is only there 1-2 times a wk. He's actually from the Sarasota Optional Outlet. Sorry can't remember his name. The staff was wondering too🤩

I love everything about this location! Marie and Jeinalys are both very helpful and very nice. They helped me and my husband with our frames which I love the big amount of frames they got, they got good frames. Dr.Dean is great, he explains everythings and he is very caring for is patients eye exams. I will definitely come back and would definitely recommend this place.

Staff was a complete joke. Told me I was late for my appointment and they couldn’t see me (my appointment was at 12, I had texts and voicemail confirmation yet the girl was telling me I was scheduled for 11:45) so I opted to not reschedule and left. Then I get a call after I’m halfway back to my house to tell me they could have see me, I didn’t have to leave, and I was actually on time. I could tell they were more interested in heading out for lunch than seeing patients. The girl literally approached me to tell me I was late, even though I wasn’t, with keys in her hand.I told them I wouldn’t be turning to come back and I won’t be rescheduling either.
