⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Carrie at Optical Outlets. Even though I didn’t purchase my glasses there, she went above and beyond to help repair them. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service to a non-customer, and I was so grateful for her willingness to take the time to fix my glasses. Carrie made what could have been a stressful situation so easy and pleasant. Thank you, Carrie, for your outstanding service and kindness. Because of your help, I will absolutely return to Optical Outlets for future eyewear needs and will gladly recommend this location to others!

I broke my extra pair of glasses. They were horribly bent and looked like I would need a new frame. I stopped in at Optical Outlet. I had recently purchased a new pair from them. But amazingly, with the precision of a surgeon, she fixed the frame! And the charge? Nothing! A courtesy! What a great establishment!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

My wife and I have been traveling along Florida’s east and west coasts for almost five months. I accidentally sat on my glasses and broke the lens wire. I stopped by this shop, and the young woman repaired them on the spot, immediately and free of charge. I highly recommend this place for its professionalism.

Even though we only come in about once a year for our annual appointments, Carrie and Alicia always remember us and make us feel so welcomed. What really stands out to me is that when I come in for my appointment without my son, they remember his name, know that he’s a dancer, and ask how his dance is going. That level of personal care and attention is rare and means more than they probably realize. Carrie and Alicia have worked here the entire time we’ve been coming, and they are a huge reason we continue to return year after year. Their customer service is exceptional, genuine, and heartfelt. I truly could not ask for a more caring, honest, and affordable eye care office for my family. Dr. Cottone is also wonderful—kind, gentle, and never rushed. He takes his time, asks questions, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand your care. I also have a difficult time finding frames that fit my face, and Carrie and Alicia are always so patient and kind throughout the process. Honestly, one of the best Eye exam I’ve had in a very long time. I was very impressed with the doctor, thoroughness and patience as he explained the exam process. If you’re looking for a professional medical exam, I would recommend Optical outlets in Venice any day of a week. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, very professional and again top Tier doctor. No up sale no pressure just solid medical opinion.
