I have been very happy with this Visionworks and particularly Anthony who is very nice and helpful. I never feel like I am being pressured into buying something I don't want. This visit, I was looking into getting new glasses and we reviewed things together until I understood and made my decision. I got a new pair of glasses and my first prescription sunglasses. I also get my eye exams with them as they take my vision insurance. I have been using this location for a few years now and am content to stick with it.

This review is a few days overdue, but I had to make sure I recognized the incredible service I received from Tony at Visionworks. I’m normally a Visionworks customer in Kentucky, but I was visiting family in Venice — beautiful place, lots of sun — and I made the big mistake of forgetting my contacts at home. Not exactly ideal when you rely on them every day. I called this location and spoke with Tony, who was immediately kind, professional, and genuinely empathetic. He understood my situation right away and treated me like I’d been a long-time customer at this location. That kind of service is rare these days, and it meant a lot. My streak of bad luck continued when I managed to rip the contacts on the second day, but the personal attention and care Tony showed stuck with me. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Tony is a true asset to Visionworks, and this location earned every bit of this 5-star review. Thank you for making a visitor feel welcomed and taken care of! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super friendly staff, they helped me with what I needed and sold me all the right stuff without ever being too pushy. I can appreciate an honest sales rep that tries to make a sale but is respectful at the same time.

I love Vision Works. Bought two pairs of glasses on two different occasions from the same lovely young woman and gentleman. Wonderful!
