The lady reached out yesterday about my glasses and said she would try and find me some like the ones I had so they dont slip off my face every 10 seconds. Hopefully I hear back from her today! Will update and increase the score upon a satisfactory resolution. I just want 1 pair I can wear without them slipping off. Update, the lady called and found me a replacement frame for me. Top notch ! Much appreciated and would definitely recommend again.

I really love this place. The staff is welcoming and the environment has a nice, calm ambiance. My entire experience, from beginning to end, was amazing. Once my frames arrived, Tabitha made sure I had a perfect fit and gave me a setup for maintaining my Eyewear. Thanks so much ☺️

Came in today to obtain a pair of progressive glasses. Jessica, Tabitha, and Danielle including the rest of the staff did an amazing job showing patients how it’s me while deciding styles and proper fit. Very knowledgeable staff and pure professionalism through the process. Will be back in the future.

Some of the staff need to work on their customer service skills. She should not be training people. If that’s how we ignore customers and and speak to our superior.
