I came in today as a walk in and was immediately greeted by staff. Angela and Lucrecia helped my son and I pick out amazing frames. They were so lovely, kind and patient with helping us. I was able to also get approved for financing. I would highly recommend this location for eye exams and beautiful frames. Thank you again
I have been a customer at this location for a while, and I can’t complain. Every visit has been pleasant, and their glasses selection is huge. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I had the pleasure of working with Lucrecia, who assisted me during every visit from my very first eye exam to the day I picked up my glasses.
I had quite decent service. There was a very careful attention from the attendees up front, like Lucrecia who helped me pick extra frames, and the nurses like Angie who performed my tests. Very professional and pleasant group of women. I was seen upon arrival with a next day appointment. My appointment was at 10am I was seen by 10:10am with 3 patients ahead of me. The employees I must say are the happiest people I ever met not one person was rude or impatient when handing me 20 different glasses to try on, until I found a pair that fit my look. I highly recommend this location especially if you want to leave pleased and joyful. GREAT WORK LADIES!! You’ve exceeded above expectations as a group and as a place of business! Job well done!!!
Me and my family went for our annual eye exam, and I had the pleasure of recieving excellent customer service from Lucrecia, from check in to ultimately selecting new frames. The staff and the doctor at this location are very patient, and are willing to answer any questions you may have. I look foward to returning for future eye care needs.
