Once I find a place I love, I'm a loyalist. I used to live in DTLA, have sinced move to Charlotte, and STILL use Eye Geeks for my glasses & sunglasses. They have exceptional customer service and have remembered me since my first visit which is so impressive. Couldn't recommend them more!
The best service in Los Angeles! I’ve been using Eye Geek’s for years for contact lenses, glasses, and repairs, and they always go above and beyond. Professional, reliable, and genuinely caring — this is how service should be. Thank you, Eye Geek’s!
Biggest takeaways: Amazing service - I appreciated how well they listened and responded to me, from the eye examination, to the glasses fitting, to the glasses choosing. Also, everyone here was super easy to talk to. High Quality and Stylish Glasses - This place has amazing collection of glasses, especially the variety of Japanese brands and styles. These glasses options looks great on a face like mine (on the flat side), and gave me a bunch of round circular styles that I preferred. As a DTLA resident who has tried different multiple eye doctors around DTLA, I can’t believe I didn’t come across this place sooner. A+++ experience.
First time patient, and they explained my visual insurance, eye exam, and the prices of the glasses. Everything is very professional and I had a fantastic experience with this new place. I highly recommend to give this fine establishment a try and "see" for yourselfs.
I absolutely love Eye Geeks! I’ve worn contacts / glasses for majority of my life and I wish every experience was like the one I have every time I visit Eye Geeks. The staff and doctor are exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and most importantly, cared for. They answer all of my questions, my fittings and prescriptions are always accurate. I’ll be a patient here for as long I can. Thank you Eye Geeks!
