5:15 Friday, 4/18/2025 the store is supposed to be open until 6pm- per sign and answering machine. The store is closed with no explanation.. disappointment! Just drove 30 minutes in traffic to see the closed door- what a waste!!
Very disappointing to leave after being loyal patients since 2007. The doctor is excellent, but the front desk staff is consistently negative, sarcastic, and unwelcoming, often making us feel like an inconvenience rather than patients. Today was our final visit, and unfortunately, it confirmed our decision. A great doctor can easily lose long-term patients due to poor front-office experience.
I remember coming here for my glasses and paying for some contacts. I never got my contacts and I payed 60 dollars for them which made me very upset. They took so long to get my glasses ready and we had to repeatedly call the store so I could get them. Overall a bad place and I wouldn’t recommend it.
I have been going to Eye Glass for Less for 7+ years now. Dr. Della Roberts is both knowledgeable and personable. Her exams are thorough and she takes her time to answer all your questions. Her services and glasses are affordable and her staff is professional, knowledgeable, and bilingual. Dr. Della is a community gem! Highly recommend. I order both glasses and contacts here.
