Eye Impressions

I visited Eye Impressions for the first time today, and I am beyond impressed with their services. Dr. Roland is by far the best optometrist I have ever seen, he thoroughly reviewed each step of the exam as he went, and explained everything to me. Dr. Roland was very professional and knowledgeable, he made me feel comfortable throughout my entire exam. I don’t think it hurt we were both born in the same Texas town :) Bedside manner was top notch! Natalie, the woman running the front of the office, was great as well. Her customer service was wonderful, she made each customer/patient feel welcome and gave them her full attention while interacting with them. This was the first time I have ever been in and out of an eye exam, including choosing glasses, in less than an hour. Natalie explained my benefits, went over the cost with any extras, assisted with choosing glasses and fit them with great professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend this practice! Even the office itself was beautiful.

I had my first annual check-up with Eye Impressions today, and had a great initial experience. The office is spacious, clean, quiet, and calm with a friendly, welcoming, and helpful receptionist. Dr. Roland was great. His "bedside manner" is hard to describe, but keeps you at ease the entire time (not that there should be a reason to be otherwise). He and I casually "fanboyed" about Star Wars and Marvel the entire time, and he answered all my questions about his tech, general setup, and what he was looking for/seeing. Time flew by, and it was over before I knew it. I would highly recommend this location if you are in need of their services!

I can not express how much I feel like a VIP patient here. Jessica the office manager is absolutely amazing. Wonderful, quick communication. She strives to help me and the process I am currently going through for eye surgery. I am very thankful for her and everything she does!!!! Dr Roland is a doctor I fully respect and trust. I am highly nearsighted. He has explained options for me, outside of Lasix as I am not a candidate for Lasix. He is easy to talk to and you can tell he really loves his job and would do anything to help his patients. Highly recommend this office! My family of 4 all wear glasses and contacts. After going to other eye doctors in Sherwood, this is hands down the one I choose for myself and my family. Thank you!!!!!

The front desk people are friendly and efficient in helping you know your choices for insurance. Dr Roland is knowledgeable - will make you feel comfortable talking all things eyes! I appreciate him for keeping my eyes in tip top shape! Thank you Eye Impressions! You will be seeing me every year 😁

Dr. Shannon has been our family eye doctor for years. Totally love her. She's a great doctor: really listens, gives considerable thought as to what's best for you specifically, and is open to different experiences/opinions. With her we have a valuable eye-care medical partner. Can't say enough about her. Michelle is also wonderful. We can't imagine going anywhere else for our eye-care needs.
