No wonder this place has a 2.9 rating as who ever is answering the phones is rude and nasty. I asked a simple insurance question and was immediately spoken to like I was a dog. Won’t even waste my time making an appointment. Horrible first experience.
Waiting time is horrible. I been waiting for almost 2 hours in the room . Staff not caring . Very bad experience
Who ever the lady is that's always on her cellphone, with the door locked , and treat elderly patients( wearing a mask too) like they are not welcome, very Disrespectful, and have them stand in hallway , with no one sitting inside, and scheduled appointment is in 10 minutes. She need to go, or learn customer service training, ir is this the way you run your business, and to think I was looking forward to making an appointment as you do take my insurance, however after what I witnessed and intervened, I will not and will spread the word. LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.
My children were new patients today and were sent with another family member on the visit . I called and reached out to the office to find out more information on what’s going on with my kids eyes. During the call I made it clear I was a new patient and I was transferred to the Tech Line where no one answered the line . I called back and spoke with someone else and they told me that is the protocol to be transferred and leave a message and at the end of the day someone calls you back. For a new patient that is the worst process I’ve ever heard of . It’s not friendly at all . After I asked to speak with the office manager who ironically wasn’t available I was informed that I could either leave a voicemail with techs or leave a voicemail. My kid has a lazy eye and no one could answer my questions . Terrible new patient experience and we won’t be back . Stay away . Find an office who has time to talk to their patients especially being new .
