Dr. Krasnoff is amazing -- very patient, thorough, and incredibly detailed. He conducted a comprehensive eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge and expertise truly stand out! The staff is always lovely, welcoming, and professional. They also have a great selection of frames. Highly recommend!

I’m very satisfied with my eye exam and eye glasses. The doctor paid attention to my needs and was careful and thorough. The optician was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find the right frames for my face and prescription. I’m so happy with both my glasses - I got a reading pair and a progressive pair. Best experience ever!

Employees are the nicest people around, they are very helpful with choosing the best pair of glasses for your face. The optometrist is kind and friendly with the customer. They have recently remodeled it’s beautifully decorated. Wheelchair accessible where you choose the frame and purchase your glasses but it’s a little tricky getting into the examination room to get your vision checked. My husband and I have been using them for over 15 years and we’ve never had any major problems at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a top notch experience!

I’ve been wearing glasses for the last 37 years, mostly progressives. I’ve been to a variety of places in my lifetime but none have been as professional as Village. Greg and crew are very adept and Dr. Krassnoff has the most modern equipment for eye examination. At my age of 70+ years, my most recent AI Varrilux glasses have my vision like when I was a teenager. They don’t upsell in my opinion, they do recommend that which improves vision. Many people I know tend to be frugal about what they spend on glasses but the “extras” are what really make your vision optimal. I appreciate Village Optical and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. Krasnoff is very good but get your glasses elsewhere. Too expensive and no better than less expensive options. I just spent hundred more to have the same if not worse lenses than I had before. Most of the people are nice though.
