I came for the first time here for my appointment with dr Marc D Hirsch, M.D at 1:30. I walked in at 1:25 at 2:20. I was seen and then they waited half an hour to let me know that I was next the doctor went to a different door instead of coming to mine I got irritated and mad and left. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this place if they don’t put their patrons first. at the end of the day, I came out at 4 o’clock, but no results or doctor telling me what is going on with me would not recommend Waste Of Time

A neat place but i didn’t like the nurses there very rude I went there with my grandma for her yearly checkup. the nurse that took her in was really rude and disrespectful named sanda or sandra not sure but she was really loud and had a rude tone. Definitely not a good experience they need better staff there. Will not take my grandma again there
I called to schedule a routine vision check, the man that answered the phone was rude. He's asking me what insurance do I have and the age of my child, while I'm getting it out, He's cutting me off to say "NO! we don't accept and no child at that age ". He also repeated it as if I didn't hear him. I just said "ok, her insurance is who have me the number". While about to apologize for the call, he repeats it "No!". .. if you don't like your job, or you just can't talk to people, find another profession.
Triple check they accept your insurance - they sent a surprise bill because they ran my routine eye exam through medical only to later find out they accept Aetna Medical but not Aetna Vision insurance. Medical staff is great but the billing and reception people are terribly rude, unhelpful, and made the whole experience terrible. Would rather go to Wisconsin Vision or anywhere else at this point
I never leave reviews and I really hate to leave a negative one. I’ll start by saying the medical staff was wonderful and I truly liked the nurse and the doctor. However, the receptionist with the long blonde wavy hair was incredibly rude. I waited for over an hour, and when I politely asked about the delay, she responded with attitude instead of kindness or understanding. Because of the long wait and the receptionist’s behavior, I don’t plan on returning. It just shows how important that first impression at the front desk really is.
