Eye Physicians

My eye appointment went good and the eye doctor was great. I had a horrible experience trying to pay for my glasses. Brooke helped me and absolutely had no experience at sitting at the desk. When I paid she did not asked for everything regardingy card but the three digit code which I thought was odd and was put on hold for almost ten minutes. Then she gets back on the phone needing my code so my payment would process. She was very rude and talked to me like she was in high school. She needs to go back there. Would not recommend getting anything there unless you don't deal with Brooke

Went in for an annual exam. I have never had my eyes dilated before and when they were about to do it I specifically asked if I would be able to drive. They acted like it would be no big deal, I had to hang around town for a few hours before I felt safe enough to drive and it was still scary. They weren't very friendly either.

I have to start by saying how friendly and welcoming everyone was. My exam went very well. Dr Krings and Delilah were awesome. Everything was explained so you could understand. I'm so thankful to see what I couldn't before. I highly recommend you to everyone.

I would recommend them to anyone needing eye care. The staff of nurses are friendly, caring and thorough. My doctor was able to answer all my concerns and did a thorough exam. I felt assured that I didn’t have a major problem with my eyes. Thank you all for your great care.

I'm always nervous to go to the doctor. Katie was very friendly and put me at ease. I felt like she was an old friend. Check in was quick and I was seen right at the time I was scheduled for. I ordered new glasses at my visit as well. Kristin was very friendly and assured me I had made a great choice on my frame selection. Keep up the great work!
