Called and asked how much my daughter's eye exam was going to cost, since they won't run it through my health insurance, since I have a Wellness program, it should be 100% covered. Was told it was going to be $115.00, went in there to pay it, and they tell me its 195.00, I refused to pay the extra $80 since that's not what they told me her bill was, now they refuse to send my daughters prescription to her new eye doctor so have to pay for a whole new exam.

My husband broke his glasses at work and needed new ones ASAP. Melissa got him the next available appointment and then proceeded to take the time to find him new frames that his old lenses would fit into until his new complete pair were done. Kudos to the Dr and Melissa!

They didn't have any appointment times for 4 months and they did not accept my insurance, which is from one of the largest employers in Columbus.

Appointments might be a few weeks out due to local popularity. Knowledgeable and courteous eye care professionals. Decent selection of eyewear.
