Went there for a routine eye exam just to get contact lenses. After a discussion with the eye doctor about my blood pressure, the whole visit was changed from a routine eye exam to a health exam and coded as such and billed to HEALTH Ins. So what should’ve been a free yearly exam turned into 250 bucks of my out-of-pocket that I had to pay. Seems like a real shady way to try to get more money. I’ll not be recommending nor returning after being a 20+ year patient.

When my eye dr closed her Fremont office I decided to try someone new. I trusted the reviews. What I found was the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. Then, when I went to pick up my new glasses it was even worse. There are ways to greet people and let them know you care about serving them and this office definitely could use more training in that area.
I can to Norfolk to visit my daughter a few weeks after cataract surgery in another state. I noticed an itchy lump in my eye. We looked up which eye doctors did surgery in Norfolk and gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Upon entering their office the next day, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist. The nurse who reviewed my medical history was also very professional. When Dr Meyers came in, he gave an easy to understand explanation of the problem with my eye. He showed me several images of my eye. He reassured me that my cataract surgery was not affected by the small growth in my eye. He recommended a new eye moisturizing drop and even gave me samples and a coupon. My whole experience with this clinic was positive from start to finish. I wasn’t their repeat customer but they treated me with utmost care. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs eye care.
If I could give more then 5 stars I would!! Everyone was very professional and polite. All my questions were answered, no wait time, and they were helpful when picking out glasses. I felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time.
Well first of all, what a beautiful new location! As a long-time patient, I'm so happy for them to have a room with a view, they needed the space and it is so appealing for the patients. The technology, knowledge and outstanding customer service skills, however, are what's really top notch. If your eyesight and vision are an important aspect of your life, "see" the best in the business, no pun intended.
