I hardly get on here to write anything but positive reviews & I don’t like doing it but my experience has been so frustrating. Dr Wilcockson was great. But everything else about my experience has been awful. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for the Norfolk office. I drove 45 miles from my hometown the day of my appointment to find out when I arrived they were in Yankton that day, not Norfolk. Which is another hour drive from Norfolk. I called them & got it rescheduled for the following week in Norfolk. Everything was fine, my appointment was routine. Dr was very nice, conversational & took time to answer any questions I had. Afterwards arose my second issue & probably the most frustrating one. They printed off my prescription for contacts & ordered my trial pair.. all fine until I go to order my contacts & keep having issues with it being submitted. Once my trials come in I notice the printed prescription is not my real prescription. It doesn’t match what was ordered for my trails. I’ve called & left messages to get my correct prescription sent over & haven’t ever heard back to get it corrected.
