I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Burgess and the entire team in Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, which really sets the tone for a great visit. Dr. Burgess is extremely thorough and attentive. They took the time to listen carefully, answer all of my questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients and their overall well-being. It is not always easy to find a doctor who combines both expertise and a warm bedside manner, but Dr. Burgess truly does. I left feeling confident, well taken care of, and grateful to have found such a great medical provider. Highly recommend to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area looking for top-notch care with a personal touch!

Thank you to Dr.Gil Epstein and Kim Poirot for their wonderful treatment during my recent entropion surgery. Dr. Epstein is a highly skilled surgeon, and Kim provided excellent follow up. The entire staff and operation at Fort Lauderdale Eye Institute, although extremely busy, is smooth, friendly and efficient. Easy to recommended FLEI.

When I told my optometrist that I wanted to get an upper and lower blepharoplasty, and asked if she had a recommendation, she told me in the future, she will be going to see Dr. Aliza Epstein at Ft. Lauderdale Institute. I am four months post-surgery and I am very happy with the results. My upper lids were really starting to bother me when I looked in the mirror. I was starting to look like a Shar Pei! Now that I see the before and after photos; what blows me away are how different my lower lids look! The bags are gone! It was so worth the investment and the recovery period. Dr. Aliza Epstein is a pro at what she does and I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about getting an upper and/or lower blepharoplasty. I had a very positive experience from start to finish. It is a large and busy practice with several doctors, but my appointments ran smoothly and I was very happy with Dr. Aliza Epstein's level of professionalism and attention to detail. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything I needed to know pre and post op. Doing the upper and lower all at once is not a small surgery, but she took good care of me. I also had a very good experience with her surgical coordinator who was quick to respond to my questions and concerns and was a pleasure to work with. In addition, I was able to pay for part of the surgery up front and put the rest on Care Credit and will be done paying it in one year. I am so happy I did this for myself, and I no longer looked tired or like a Shar Pei with droopy eye lids.

Dr Burgess is simply amazing, he is not like other Doctors who make you feel worse about your situation and pushes medicine or procedures that do not work. He is compassionate and has a very relaxing demeanor I wish he was my primary care Dr. He is really like ano other. My vision has improved so much I am able to thrive and still do the things I love to do. Thank you from the bottom oy my heart to you and your amazing staff.

Dr. Skolnick and his team/ technicians made my procedure today a Triple AAA experience. From walking through the door, intake, waiting lobby, coffee bar, considerate testing technicians, to my procedure with the Dr… All made for “Success”🙌
