I want to thank Roget the store manager for the excellent customer service I received during my recent visit. He went above and beyond to help me when I purchased a new pair of glasses, and when an issue came up months later, he generously provided me with a replacement as the company of the brand discontinued the frames. Roget professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out assuring that you are being taking care of. I recommend this store, the old n the new management has always been on point with their level of care, communication n professionalism. ALWAYS helpful on affordability. I’ve purchased many high end frames along with all the bells and whistles one can add to their lenses, their affordability allowed for this to happened. Roget is part of the new management, I can honestly say that he’s working hard on keeping his clients happy across the board. I can’t say enough about him super sweet guy who has helped me patiently in the difficult journey of finding the right type of contact lenses. Thank you Roget 🤩

I saw a pair of glasses about 4months ago and thought to myself I can just wait; Today I went to the mall to get an eye exam & the great customer service Roget has provided really made it easy to find & Make the decision on the perfect frames. I left not only with a smile on my face but he definitely made me a returning customer officially. This is now my second pair and I will recommend Roget to anyone who needs glasses!

Over promise and under deliver on good glasses. I ordered my last few pairs here and they make good quality products but I called today to ask for an update and was met with a very rude woman. I was told my lenses haven’t come in and they were waiting on a specialty lab because of my prescription. I asked what happened to 7-9 business days. But struggled to speak because the person on the line kept cutting me off saying “no, no, no! It was never possible because the special lab was needed” I then asked when do they expect it. And got “ maybe today, maybe tomorrow. We will call you when they are ready” then she hung up I spent over $1000 on my glasses I would have appreciated an update or more polite service.
