I have never had a more positive experience with any other doctors office. The staff is amazing. Attentive and professional. Dr. Carl Danzig is probably one of the most amazing retina professionals in the country and I would not trust my vision to anyone else.

So I had the privilege of having a horseshoe/also known as flap retina tear repaired by Dr. Stuart Burgess. First I was met by one of his assistants, Brittany, who put me through a battery of tests. She was amazingly quick but thorough, a real pleasure to deal with. And then I met another one of his assistants, Hunter, who is also as nice as could be, and assisted Dr. Burgess in the procedure with regard to apparently the strength of the laser that I was getting. Dr. Burgess explained (as best as I can explain it in my layperson's terms) that he burned the flap care in order to cordon it off . Dr. Burgess was wonderful and real pleasure to deal with. Procedure was no fun for sure, getting a laser shot in your eyeball is not something I'd ever look forward to again for sure. Everybody in the office from reception to Dr. Burgess was amazing to deal with--In both offices also. (I had my first visit in the Fort Lauderdale office, and then the procedure in the Plantation office). So, I absolutely highly recommend them. And even though my optometrist raved about Dr. Burgess and helped get me in there, I did my own research before I agreed to proceed with the procedure, and he gets rave reviews from every website.
I had a torn retina. The staff was excellent and walked me through it. Dr Lara was great. Excellent in care and respect. Did an amazing job saving my eyesight.
Dr burgess was amazing , I came here with a serious eye issue and the dr and his amazing staff walked me through my treatment . Helped me with my insurance and made me feel very comfortable .. I had my 1st surgery today fast easy and painless , I have a long way to go but with Dr Burgess expert advice I’m on the road to recovery 😎
