HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: I purchased eyeglasses with progressive lenses about 10-11 months ago while visiting Fort Lauderdale. 1-2 months later, fine scratches appeared on the lenses despite fact that I used the same lens cleaning solution as used in the store to clean them using Kimwipes. I returned this year to Fort Lauderdale, showed them the lenses, and the male working there said the protective coating was defective and there was a 1 yr warranty. He ordered new lenses, at no cost. The lenses came in within the week and were replaced. Now, 1.5 months later, no scratches. Currently using Maui Jim cloth as suggested. Summary: Excellent selection and great customer service - they stand behind their products. Would certainly use them again.

Right at the end of my trip to Lauderdale one of the lenses of my glasses developed a crack. A little over a week later I was leaving for a 30 day walk on the Camino de Santiago in Spain and Portugal, and those glasses were not just my everyday glasses they were my sunglasses too! I was in a bind. The staff at Edward Beiner were the best! Not only did they get my lenses replaced on very short notice, they were incredibly easy to work with. This is what great service looks like!

Fantastic service. I came in because my glasses had become crooked after a fall. I don’t even live here. I’m from Sweden. The two people who were inside dropped everything they were doing and fixed my glasses for free! Truly amazing service. Such kind and wonderful people here.
