Every tech I saw here was fantastic and Dr Greenberg himself was fine. However I highly suggest avoiding this place if you value your money. I have been 3x and was overcharged by a total of almost $300 between all 3 visits. Once I got the explanation of benefits for those visits from my insurance co, I could see that they reimbursed for most of the amounts I paid and my responsibility should have been only $90. Nobody here will return my calls to issue a refund or even attempt to explain this. I have called 5x in 2 weeks and left 3 messages because the billing department never answers. Zero calls back. Receptionist just transfers me to billing each time I call. I am going to have to charge these transactions back with my credit card company in order to be refunded because these people cannot be bothered to address this. Avoid at all costs.
