My father has been a patient at this office, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. The front desk staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Phone calls are not returned, messages for the doctor seem to disappear, and communication is severely lacking. We were told the doctor would leave a message, but no call ever came. Most recently, the office sent appointment information to the wrong contact information, causing confusion and making us late. What makes this even more frustrating is that nobody from the office called to check on us or ask if we were still coming. When I called approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I asked to speak with the doctor and was simply told that the doctor was busy—even though it was our appointment time. To make matters worse, we were told to drive 30 minutes to the office despite the communication error originating from their side. By the time we arrived, we would have been considered late, potentially jeopardizing our ability to be seen at all. The lack of accountability and concern for patients is astounding. This office seems to have forgotten that patients are people, not numbers. Respect, communication, and basic courtesy are completely lacking. For elderly patients and family members trying to coordinate medical care, this level of disorganization and indifference is unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice based on our experience.
