Dear Neighbors, I am writing to you today as a fellow resident because I want to spare you from a very frustrating and costly experience I recently had. I visited the Eyeglass Warehouse on Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise, Florida, and I feel it is important to share my experience so that others in our community can make informed decisions. My insurance coverage was $600, and I paid an additional $80 out-of-pocket for these glasses. Unfortunately, the quality was unacceptable. The frames provided to me were men’s glasses, not the women’s frames I ordered , and they caused me significant physical pain.When I attempted to resolve this with Marty, I was met with unprofessional behavior and was ultimately hung up on. To make matters worse, I have had recurring issues with their product quality, including hardware that stripped on a previous pair. I am sharing this because I do not want any of my neighbors to be ripped off or to experience the same lack of service and discomfort that I have. I have since found that the location in Deerfield offers a much higher standard of customer care, as they were actually willing to listen and provide the help I needed. I intend to file a formal complaint regarding this business. Please consider this a word of caution before you choose to spend your hard-earned money there. Just let you know these glasses that I Am wearing are not from this store there from the Deerfield Store that I why I have smile on my face.and it took ten minutes to get them. Sincerely, Sarita
