Thank you, Dr. Tavakkoli, and your entire team! I brought my daughter to this clinic, and we had one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a medical office. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. You can tell the entire team works incredibly hard, and despite how busy the clinic is, they always treat patients with respect and compassion. What I appreciate most about Dr. Tavakkoli is that he doesn’t immediately prescribe a long list of medications or procedure when they’re not necessary. He takes the time to evaluate the situation and believes in helping the body heal naturally whenever appropriate while providing excellent medical care. That’s the kind of doctor every family hopes to find nowadays. I noticed some of the negative reviews, and in my opinion, they’re unfair. Yes, the clinic can be busy, and there may occasionally be a longer wait, but that’s because so many people trust Dr. Tavakkoli and his team. I’d rather wait a little longer for a doctor who genuinely cares than be rushed through an appointment. My family and I are grateful to have found a place we can truly trust with our eye care. Thank you, Dr. Tavakkoli and the entire staff, for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Keep up the exceptional work!

I had a schedule 9 AM appointment to pick up my glasses a gentleman who had no appointment gesture to optometrist who took him in as I checked to see when my appointment was. I was told this gentleman does that all the time and was seen without an appointment while I am there waiting to be called for my 9 AM appointment when I brought this to the optometrist attention he told me ignored what I had to say upon leaving my visit, I requested to put in an official complaint and he said to me OK I’ve got your complaint. I said no I would like to put it on paper. He handed me a blank paper from his printing machine the same optometrist, I observed counting money with his glove hand, which he did not change before treating a patient. Totally thunacceptable.

Worse Experience Ever My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 AM, but when I arrived, I found out that seven other patients were scheduled for the exact same time. What is the point of making an appointment if everyone is given the same time slot? This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Better scheduling and organization are definitely needed

Dr. Tavakkoli is an excellent and caring physician. A few years ago, upon the retirement of my prior doctor I started going to Dr. T and have been most pleased with his care. From having glaucoma, to check ups, to cataract surgery, he has been most professional and caring. I had an appointment just yesterday and I was seen within five minutes of the time of my appointment, which is also a big plus. If you’re looking for a competent physician and staff, please consider Dr. Tavakkoli.
