I had an excellent experience with Dr. Casas de Leon. I’m very protective of my eyesight and had a lot of questions and concerns, but she was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to every one of them. She never made me feel rushed and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Casas de Leon is very thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for her patients gave me complete confidence in my care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding ophthalmologist who truly cares about their patients.

The doctor was thorough. The front desk was not helpful in disclosing important billing information. I’m taking off two stars because it wasn’t explained when the appointment was booked or during the check-in process that they don’t take eye insurance for the exam. My husband and I didn’t know that and came in for a routine eye exam. The provider is listed on our eye insurance website so we didn’t think there would be an issue. I’m taking off another two stars because we received our bills in the mail and I was charged for a 30 min visit and my husband was charged for a 45 min visit. When I asked why that was they said it was a mistake and that we both should have been charged the 45 minute rate since we were new clients. The entire experience feels like a scam and we will not be returning to any of these locations.

The staff is always very professional and friendly. Dr Tamm listens to all of my concerns and explains everything to me. I am confident in him and his treatments for my vision.

I’ve been fortunate to have seen several good eye docs over the years. I recently saw Dr Casas de Leon for the first time. She’s exceptional. She is very thorough and that comes with a warm personality. Also, her staff is to be commended. A very professional practice.
