Eye Pieces - Plano

I had an incredible experience at Eye Pieces! Dr. Gonzalez and Ashley went above and beyond, not only did they thoroughly explain how the eye works and walk me through every part of the exam, but they also patiently taught me how to put in and take out contact lenses. They made what felt intimidating at first so easy and comfortable. I truly felt taken care of and supported the entire time. Highly recommend!

I love this office! The doctors are super knowledgeable and the front desk is always helpful and friendly. They are so worth it!! Best optometrist office in DFW. Also should out to Ashley at the front desk, she is always amazing and always makes my day!!!

Exceptional experience every single time, from check-in to the very end. Dr. Gonzalez is too awesome! He goes far beyond just caring for your eyes; he takes the time to connect with you as a person, speaking life and reminding you just how much you matter. That level of genuine care is rare and truly appreciated.

I was there last week. I paid 252 dollars for a doctor's visit+ eye medicine that they didn't even ask me if I wanted them. They did not explain that one of the medicines is a steroid that we definitely can be without. We walked out with expired steroid eye drop that I used on my child for days. The least they should have done is refunding the entire amount 252, not just the price of the eye drop. They seem to be careless about other eye peoples' eyes and they only care about the money.
