Fix your billing! I received no invoice, but started getting past due text messages. Went to the store to pay the bill and was told it still needed to be submitted to insurance. Finally got a bill in the mail but they have already submitted this to collections! Go anywhere else! Buyer beware! They'll make you pay for their incompetence!
Great Service, Beautiful Remodeling. Nicest Staff and Dr Ashlee Henderson is an awesome and patience with me. She does a great job. Looking beautiful inside even thru its almost done remodeling. Fast Service. I am happy now better than last year. Office looks nice and clean. I am happy overall. Keep it up.

Worst experience I’ve had with eye care in 20 years. Was told wrong price multiple times only to pay while there and receive a bill in the mail later much higher than originally told. Called on this and was told it would be taken care only to receive a debt collection notice in the mail later as well. The fitting was also off originally due to their mistakes. They were unprofessional and unorganized as a team and branch. Will not be going back.
It was my first time there. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful. Everyone was very professional, and it helped me relax. My prescription did not match my eyes. One of the assistants tested my glasses and just handed them back. I have to sit 12 inches from my computer screen to read anything. Would not recommend them to anyone. A fee was payed for a service I will have to have redone!
