🎵I can see clearly now. The rain has gone.🎵 I came here for astigmatism in my right eye. They tested me very thoroughly, the doctor was a massive help in getting me the proper prescription. I couldn't believe the abundant amount of different frames they had to choose from. Found a nice pair, and I love them. Awesome to see clearly again. 5/5.
I had a disappointing experience with Orgain Eye Doctor in Hendersonville. I called ahead to schedule an appointment to try contact lenses for a new prescription and was given a time for April 7 at 3:45 PM. When I arrived, I was told there was no record of my appointment and they were unable to accommodate me. I had already taken time off work and traveled from out of town, so this was very frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated some effort to help resolve the issue or offer an alternative the same day. I hope the office improves its scheduling process to prevent this from happening to others.
No a fan. Visited last week and they spent very little time with me during eye exam and when picking out eyewear. So I chose to get glasses elsewhere. Charge was for $245 for less than 10 minute eye exam.
I called Dr Smith’s office in the morning with a concern with my vision, they got me in that day and Dr Smith diagnosed a retinal tear and quickly got me to a retinal specialist that day. ! I can’t thank him and his staff enough for their wonderful caring attention to me!! Highly recommend!!!
Great place! Excellent customer service by Sandra and Dr. Smith! Have never had a bad experience here and my glasses are always perfect. Would recommend to everyone!!
