I had a very pleasant appointment at this Walmart vision center. From the receptionist to optometrist, to the individual (sorry I didn’t get names) who helped with fitting and ordering to the staff member that made sure the fitting was proper, everything went perfect. I’ve not had such great service from other retailers but my expectations were far exceeded. Thank you.

Rude staff, one of the optometrists was absolutely horrible. She had an attitude from the second I walked in the back room. Do not buy any glasses or anything from this Walmart. Please, do not waste your money and time.

The guy who's supposed to give information in the doctor's office can't answer a question like how much a dilated pupil exam costs. And instead of being humble, he gets angry and responds rudely and in a bad mood. "No thanks," I said, and I called Gallatin Walmart and made an appointment there.
