I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Even before my appointment, the staff was incredibly helpful over the phone, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making the scheduling process easy and stress-free. When I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The entire office made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. The eye exam itself was excellent. The doctor was very personable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and ensure that I received the attention needed to find the correct contact lenses. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the care and patience he showed throughout the appointment. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I was able to make appointment for same day and took them less then a hour to make my sunglasses and regular ones. Other place said it would be 2 weeks to get sunglasses sent to me and I have trip planned for tomorrow. Everyone was fantastic . They have made a lifelong customer today.

Had a 2:20 appointment called and told them i would be about 5 mins late. When i arrived at 2:28 I waited in line for 7 minutes while both receptions were trying to schedule one individual. Upon walking up th3 reception said we might be able to squeeze you in although I was within the 10 minutes time period. Both receptionist had terrible demeanor about their job and after seeing how they delt with me I left the building. If any doctor hires staff this incompetent, I can only imagine that the doctors who allow such horrible staff behavior must have a similar professional standard

This was my first time getting my eyes examined in 10yrs. The staff was very friendly, the office area was clean and organized and the doctor made the overall experience easy and comfortable. I look forward to coming back here for further eye exams.

They are great. The front desk was helpful, the doctor was patient and explained everything to me, and Aldin was helpful with picking out new frames.
