Excellent clinic. Attentive staff, qualified doctors, and a good selection of frames. I regularly bring my son here for eye exams because he has myopia. We are always very satisfied with the level of care and the attentive attitude toward patients. Everything is handled calmly, professionally, and without unnecessary stress. We highly recommend this clinic!
I've been a loyal customer here for over 8 years and I'm always impressed by the staff's exceptional service. They truly care about their customers, offering refreshments while you wait. One staff member in particular has been our go-to for years and has been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this Eye Optique location over any other.
My 5 year old daughter had her very first eye exam at Eye Optique. The doctor was very professional, kind, and made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. We were also impressed by the very short wait - we were seen within just a few minutes of arriving. Over the years, I've taken my older child to several eye clinics, and Eye Optique is by far the best practice we've visited. Thank you for making my daughter's first eye exam such a seamless and positive experience!
I have been coming here for years with my children. They are one of the few that takes public aid insurance and don’t treat you like a burden because of it. I highly recommend them no matter what your needs are. The ladies in the front are very patient and sweet and the drs I’ve seen as well and I have some pretty antsy kids but they are always understanding and polite no matter what.
If you need glasses within 24 hours this is the place to go. No rush fee! I went in for my son's eyeglasses, we did pick glasses that were not covered by insurance. I paid for it. I was told it will be a week. 5 minutes after leaving, I called to cancel the order (finances issues and I didn't think it through -my fault) and I was told they will cancel it. 30 minutes later, I got a call back that they can't cancel or refund because they already started the glasses and will be ready tomorrow. Wow. What a freakingly fast service! Imagine that? Can't recommend this enough. They will accept 50% payment on the day of purchase, then the other 50% on pick up which is the next day. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
