Eye Q Optometry

I had an unexpected change of plans while traveling and needed to stay in town longer than anticipated. I ran out of contacts and was in a bit of a bind, but this office was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made the process quick and easy so I could get what I needed without any stress. Mindi was especially wonderful to work with—kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for the great service and willingness to help someone who was just passing through. Highly recommend!

My husband realized he forgot his DMV plungers for his hard contacts halfway thru our drive from Vegas and these guys came thru!!!! Big time!! We tried Walgreens, target, Walmart, cvs, called 5 other eye places and no one carried them but these guys! 10 ⭐️s!! HUGE thanks to Kathy, Diana and Jesus for the help!

I have a rather complex prescription. I was suspicious of the short exam time and I wasn’t asked to demonstrate how I hold reading materials because I need bifocals or progressives. When I picked up my glasses they just handed them to me. Never had that happen, I’ve always been asked to sit and make sure they fit right. Then I get home and they are blurry. I know that’s normal but I couldn’t read and eventually figured out there was no other prescription in place. No progressive that I had to pay for. I will never go back. They take Caloptima but have very few frames to choose from. I paid over $300. I was prepared for some. I need to get a new pair now and going somewhere else.

I am very happy and very satisfied with my new optometrist...came in this Saturday without an appointment, filled out the form, picked out my new glasses, eye exam and was out within an hour. Staff were very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about their profession and what their customers need. So much better than my old optometrist...recommend to anyone who looks for a great optometrist.

Went there to get a new pair of glasses as well as safety glasses. I usually hate this process but the lady at the front desk as well as the optometrist were so helpful and had very outstanding positive attitudes. I will definitely make this the only place I will go for my glasses. 😁😁😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
