Dr Crowley waa amazing. It was my first time at this office and he was vary thorough. Went through my options based on what I told him. He definately took his time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the decision we made about my contacts!

I walked in pretty traumatized to have “age related” vision changes and needing glasses for the first time. I couldn’t have had a better experience from the thorough exam to help with choosing my first pair of glasses! I felt actually happy leaving there lol! Great place for first timers like me!

I've never had so much at an eye doctor! Eye Q Vision is awesome to work with, personable, caring, and they even put up with this guy. 🤣Wendy, Steve, and the whole crew are fantastic!

Dr. Coudron was absolutely wonderful. She helped me trial multiple daily contacts and gave me time and patience to decide which were best for my sight and comfort. In addition I needed some help addressing issues in my glasses prescription and Dr. Coudron made me feel seen (no pun intended) and heard while helping navigate through a prescription change. :) I would recommend EyeQ Vision.

Update to respond to the owner : to start, I communicated both of my insurances from the start that is my responsibility as the patient, so I'm not going to be made to look like I don't know what I am talking about with your response to cover your behinds. Even when I scheduled the initial appointment, the scheduler asked what do I have for insurance I did clear things up between my insurances and explained my own personal confusion. My primary (does not have optical), but which does not give staff an excuse to be rude and unprofessional. In the end, my secondary insurance was valid, which was another huge problem and the staff there was making it seem like I was making it up And for your office staff to smugly say we’ll wait for the denial letter is crazy behavior. I am not going to be gas-lit on here to look stupid. Thank you very much. My initial review: When I went to my second appointment ever at this facility, the front desk staff was certain that my insurance was inactive. When I knew it was not, I had it verified and showed them, I felt they were looking down on my knowledge of MY OWN INSURANCE! The lady that took me back to run the first eye test ran my insurance on the website and found it no problem. 05/16/2026 Over the weekend, I received a bill, so I called and left a voice mail. 05/18/2026 The person who got back to me was very snotty and rude. By my mistake. I thought my primary insurance covered optics (I verified with them, they do not, plus they're not in the network, which was not mentioned at my appointment), so then that would leave my other insurance that does have optics in the plan. She refused to send it to my insurance, saying that she "can't", and that I had to call my insurance to figure it out, so I called my insurance. They were confused as to why Eye Q Vision refused to submit the bill. So, my insurance told me to get a bill statement to send it to them to take care of it. When I showed up on 05/19/2026 around 1:35, I spoke with the person who called me back and right before I left she said," Well, move forward when we get the denial letter." Excuse me? And again to recap, I SPOKE WITH MY INSURANCE DIRECTLY AND THEY SAID NOTHING WAS INACTIVE I highly suggest that your office staff gets more training on verifying insurance and speaking to patients better, because that was unnecessary.
