This location is amazing! Always fast service that is high quality. I came in yesterday to update my prescription because it felt too strong. Any time I deal with Brittany she goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable. Whoever reads reviews please do something to acknowledge her hard-work and give her the kudos she deserves!

Staff is kind, however this is the most irritating place I have ever had an exam for contacts or glasses. No one tells you that when you schedule an appointment it’s with telehealth. You just show up and oh- surprise! You reschedule for a new time and are told ‘appointments take 30 min for there to be a 30min delayed between each patient. I was in there for an hour and a half AFTER I had chosen my glasses. Most places have a buffer for lateness, but ok. Got it, my appointment was rescheduled because I was 7min late. Not a big deal. No one tells you that you HAVE to see the same silly telehealth doctor when you get contacts for a checkup just to say ‘these fit nice, please finalize my prescription’. I was explicit with what type of contacts I was in, and what I wanted and the telehealth doctor tried to out me in another contact which I had clearly stated I did not want to try because been there. Done that. Any other provider I have ever seen allows me, the patient to decide what contacts fit best and how they feel. But now, another trip is needed because an in person provider can’t validate your prescription?? Make this make sense because it doesn’t. Again. The staff was wonderful, and I even learned my medical coverage that used to never cover exams now does. So that was fun but the whole process is stupidly tedious. Did I have a good selection of glasses. Yes. But was the process smooth. Ah no. Is telehealth kind of handy, yes but is it more of a pain absolutely.

The girls who helped my boyfriend and me were awesome! My only complaint was that it took too long. I get that someone called in sick on Saturday. I was supposed to meet my daughter's for lunch, and the appointment was taking forever. So, they were super accommodating and let me come back later to finish up. My boyfriend's glasses were perfect. I like mine, just gotta make a few tweaks.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Visionworks location, I can’t recall ever having a more quick and efficient appointment. Some of it was probably due to just how early it was, but the staff was also pleasant to work with in spite of how tiring it is working an early shift like that. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future needs.

The young ladies working there were so helpful and very nice. They took a special interest in my and my wife's needs. The Doctor went as far as getting me a referral regarding some concerns she had about my eyes. Above and beyond and our business will be with you from now on. Thank you!!!
