Despite how busy the waiting room was today, Dr. Barron (Eye Q Selma) waltzed in with a smile and handshake. Positive demeanor and answered my one question without making me feel like I’m bothering. I appreciate his bed side manner. I would suggest some of the staff follow his example. Minimal eye contact it appeared we were ushered with minimal directives from one place to another. Speaking for myself, I can manage. My concern is the elderly. Nonetheless , I observed a staff I believe her name is Cil seem to enjoy her job. Greeted patients with a smile and ever so attentive with the elderly. Still was getting patients to and fro. Suggestion: just because there is a kiosk for check ins and it gets busy, I would suggest when we check out with reception that reception makes eye contact and sends off patients as a person not a number type of feeling. Dr. Barron great doctor!
