They're not great. First doctor I had there was pretty good but he was obviously a new one. As soon as he got a year of exerience he left. The replacement doctor is okay I guess but "plays games" by having medical students interview you, give him their opinion and then spend less than 30 seconds actually talking to you. Most places make you see a PA (licensed physicians assistant requires graduate level work) but they make you see *students*. It's why I refuse to go there anymore. They advertise transportation services. That's a joke. Transportation is unreliable. They routinely "forget" and fail to give notice that they aren't going to show up. They just leave you waiting and refuse to apologize or even try to make it right. That's *if* you're even lucky enough to have it scheduled for the same day as your appointment (they don't do everyday service anymore). They can barely keep their van(s) running. The pharmacy is okay most of the time. I appreciate the 90 day refills. The facility itself is fine although they took almost a year to repair damage from an accident. They don't take as many insurance plans as they used to either. It seems to my (untrained but suspicious) eyes like they're desperate for money. I can't help wondering how much longer they'll be in business here in the valley. Which points uot another serious issue - health care in the rural central California communities is substandard and it's dangerous to live here if you don't have expensive insurance.

oh yeah this place is great. definitely made me feel cared for which is rare. so good that im telling my freind about it. food was really good and i would def go back.
I have been to this Dr Office 4 times in 3 weeks- my copay is kind of expensive and the provider wanted to see me again before the weekend to make sure I was breathing better. When I was checking in I asked if they could bill me out for my Copay as funds are a little tight until payday. The gal said let me talk to my office manager, the office manager said no if you don't pay I can't check you in. So I paid my copay anyway even though it was a hardship - then I saw the provider for 5 minutes and said everything is fine, Well why do I feel like crap- well if you don't feel better you can come back next week.. I'm all out of copays sorry.. so then I told the provider about the situation and wanted to speak to someone.. waited for about 20 minutes.. someone else called me up and said sorry we can't waive your Copay.. I said I never wanted it waived I just wanted a little grace and kindness, but apparently that is too much- have a nice day! I will not be going back.. a little kindness in hard times goes a long way.
They check you in and take forever to actually have a doctor see you. I checked in for my appointment and it took more than an hour to get called back! Might as well take a whole day from work just to get seen here. I spend more time waiting than I do with the actual doctor. The front desk all get on phones and leave the line of patients waiting to check in too. Update - 3 months later and nothing has changed. It's been about an hour and haven't been called to the back. No one's even looked at the sign-in sheet for labs. I bet I'll spend no more than 10 minutes with the doctor and even less time getting labs done. Don't come here expecting to be seen on time.
Horrible medical care. Dr jasmine Kailey at Selma highland street said my X-Rays were the same as two years ago but I had just seen The chiropractor a day before that and he said that my X-rays on my lower back did not look good. Then Dr. Jasmine Kaylee had the office call me back to reschedule my physical that I had coming up in a couple of days and they’re trying to put that off for another month. Just horrible.
