I recently saw Dr. Hong and he is fantastic and highly recommend him to anyone. I didn't need the follow-up exam and this past Monday I received a text reminding me of the appointment and there was no option to cancel [???] or reschedule so I replied with my DOB and wrote that I was cancelling the appointment. I also received an email and wrote the same a few days later. I then called the offices and was surprised that my appointment wasn't cancelled so the texts and emails were not being monitored. They cancelled it over the phone. I got another message reminding me of my upcoming appointment, after I've cancelled it 3 different ways so I called again yesterday and they confirmed it was indeed cancelled. I just received ANOTHER text today reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Their system should be called, "Haywire." This is a group of great doctors harmed by the worst Patient Appointment Reminder Software. And who is monitoring patient replies when they try to cancel? Improve your software and monitor patient replies and my 4-star goes to 5-star. Great doctors but your current appointment system will force your patients to seek psychiatric care.
