I am very happy with my visit at this practice, Dr. Toomey and Dr. Dupuy were so kind, caring and patient with me, both really took their time going over about the changes that I am having about my vision. His recommendations were very positive to improve the health of my eyes. In addition Lauren has a unique touch, she was very helpful and truly knew what glasses were the best and stand out for me!
I have been a client for many years. From the moment you walk in the door you are met with professional superb service. The display area is well lit, comfortable, and organized. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. The first delightful knowledgeable eye doctor accomplished all 3 of the electronic scans in an efficient and easygoing manner. Shortly after I saw the lead Optometrist who politely engaged me in conversation, listened to my concerns, reviewed the eye changes and recommended what I needed. After making sure I was satisfied I was escorted to the fitting and order advisor. At no time was I pressured for multiple upgrades or expensive frames. Getting the most opportunities out of my insurance was my advisor’s mission to protect my budget. I received my contacts immediately and my new glasses the next day. WOW, This is a great provider! I am extremely pleased and impressed.
Dr Dupuy and staff are the kindest ever! They take such good care of my 3 kids and myself. We love them for that! Get your eyes checked here! Plus, no BS!
My husband and I have been using Eyesite for many years. We have nothing but good experiences here thanks to their amazing staff. I was having some trouble with my vision after cataract surgery. After seeing an optometrist at the surgeon's office I decided to get a second opinion at Eyesite. I met Dr. Toomey for the first time. She was personable and made me feel at ease as she took me through some testing with her equipment. Later I saw Dr. Dupuy for the refraction. He confirmed that the recent prescription was accurate with a minor change. He did however say that the testing that Dr. Toomey took showed a retina hemorrhage. They suggested I see a retina specialist. I'm glad I decided to go see the doctors at Eyesite. Thank you to the entire staff for their patience and knowledge about my eyes.
Outstanding customer service. Dr. Toomey took the time to examine my eyes explaining every detail along the way. Her expertise is impressive. Lauren was amazing from the time I made the appointment to help me find the perfect frames. Very positive experience.
