I had such a great experience at Eye Solutions today and felt it deserved a proper shoutout. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Jin and Crystal went above and beyond to help me and my wife pick out frames, and I genuinely appreciated their patience, especially since I can be pretty indecisive. They took their time, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made sure we found styles that truly complemented us. What really stood out to me was their professionalism and kindness. I did not even realize the store had already closed at 7 PM, and yet they never rushed us. We did not leave until around 7:45, and they were still just as friendly and accommodating the entire time. It is rare to come across customer service like this. Thank you again to Jin and Crystal for making the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I highly recommend Eye Solutions to anyone looking for quality care and a genuinely great team.

Staff: Welcoming from beginning to end. Pricing: Clear, reasonable, and honest. Clinical Quality: Very thorough and professional eye test. Facilities: Nice seating area with internet access, food, and drinks. Tip: There’s a specific charging station up stairs where the tests happen—handy during your wait!

This is the best eyeglass store I have ever been to. The staff is very professional. There is a waiting area/cafe on the 3rd floor with complimentary food and drinks. And doctor William Ling is the best optometrist I've ever come across. He is very well informed and is more than happy to answer all your questions. I had a great experience here.

The atmosphere was really great. Since playing volleyball caused my glasses frames to bend and the screws to loosen, they patiently fixed everything for me so I didn't have to buy a new pair

We always come here and have great service and products. They also have a snack area on top floor while waiting for exams, or glasses/contacts. iLook is also associated with them so we drop by there sometimes especially when Eye solutions is closed.
