I purchased a pair of glasses. The lens continually fog, the frames are flimsy and poor quality. When I called to inquire, the staff person was one inch short of rude. With my lens thinning, etc. The cost of the glasses was $1000. Definitely not happy with what I expected to be a Hudson downtown merchant.
I went to specs in Hudson on a recommendation of a friend. I've now been going there for my eye exams and glasses for 5 yrs. Exams are very thorough with state of the art equipment. They offer a variety of popular frames to choose from with quite fast turnaround! They are very accommodating. Always have a no problem experience here! Highly recommend.
This was the first time I have had a prescription filled there. My sister recommended it. She works for Cleveland clinic. The employee there could not have been any nicer. They accepted my insurance. Just waiting now for the prescription to come in.
Very accommodating, personable, caring. Absolutely took the time to listen to concerns. Thorough exam and thoughtful discussion on frame choice . Did not have the feel of corporate overtones ! I am definitely comfortable recommending this outfit!
We were very satisfied with our experience at Specs. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding the right eyewear we needed. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Specs will be our first choice the next time we have need eyewear.
